Compassion is our strength
Biography
I am excited to start my career as an instructional designer. After years of teaching young adults, I am ready to work with an organization that is committed to helping its employees grow into the team members they can and want to be. As a teacher, I worked diligently for my students but I never stopped working to improve myself or hesitated when I had an opportunity to help a coworker. During this time, I worked towards completing my master's degree, taught professional development classes, and presented at educational technology conferences. When I wasn't researching, reviewing, and implementing technology for my students' benefit, I looked for ways I could help the school as a whole. This allowed me to work with the administration to develop and implement technological solutions for truancy, parent communication, and data processing.
Teaching was an incredible adventure. It taught me how to do more with less, find creative solutions, collaborate with humility, and it gave me the skills and confidence to work independently. I look forward to merging these experiences with the skills I am honing in my master's program. Bringing them together to help your organization grow. |
